Mike Maione is a professional magician, mentalist, and the creator of The Magic of Teamwork. Mike combines sophisticated magic, humor and audience participation to create experiences that are engaging, surprising and memorable.
A retired hospital administrator, Mike brings a unique perspective to working with leadership teams. His career in administration gave him firsthand experience with the challenges of communication, collaboration, decision-making and leading people. Today, he brings that perspective together with his lifelong passion for magic to create a very different kind of professional development experience.
Mike is the founder and producer of The Parlor of Mystery, Long Island’s longest-running magic show, and has produced more than 100 performances featuring some of the finest magicians in the country. He is a member of the Society of American Magicians, International Brotherhood of Magicians, 4F and The Magic Circle in London.
His performances have taken him from intimate theatre audiences to corporate and educational events, where his ability to involve an entire room—not just entertain from a stage—has become a hallmark of his work.
For Mike, magic isn’t just about fooling people. It’s about making people curious. It’s about what we notice, what we overlook, the assumptions we make and how easily our perceptions can be influenced.

A highly respected member of the magic community, Jim combines sophisticated sleight of hand, original thinking, humor and an engaging performance style that consistently leaves audiences entertained and amazed.
Jim has competed at FISM, the World Championship of Magic, putting his talents on an international stage alongside some of the world’s finest performers. He has also appeared on Penn & Teller: Fool Us, where he took his magic to television and attempted to fool two of the world’s most celebrated magicians.
In New York City, Jim is a featured performer in Broadway Magic Hour, a hit magic show that has become a popular destination for audiences looking for world-class magic in an intimate theatrical setting.
